VARIABLE SURFACE TRACKING SEMINAR

Due to the complexity of variable surface tracking this will not be a dog and handler seminar. Several attendees will be asked to bring their dogs to be used as demonstration dogs.
Topics to be covered: Scent theory in the urban environment, general tracking regulations, VST regulations, plotting and judging VST Tracks, use of site maps, article placement (good & bad), applying for judging, dealing with misconduct, what clubs should know about holding a VST test, and field work.
Coffee and soda will be provided during breaks, and lunch will be provided both days.
The fee for the two day seminar will be: $80 for non-members $70 for Yankee Golden Retriever Club members
